Facilities include a sitting room and guest kitchen.  There are four rooms with private baths,
three with shared bath.Open year round. Children over five welcome. No Pets, no smoking, no handicapped access. Most credit cards accepted. You can drive your car down a right-of-way 500 feet from the house and drop off kayaks; water at mid-tide and higher. There is easy access to Jones Pond behind house. For trailered boats, there is a concrete ramp at Bunker Cove in South Gouldsboro. Jones Pond is a three-and-a-half mile long spring fed freshwater pond with recreational fishing, swiming, kayaking & canoeing. On warm summer evenings you can hear water running into Jones Cove. Carl and Kathy Johnson, who moved here from Cape Cod, have been welcoming guests since 1989. They serve guests full country breakfasts.
